Information is used solely to deliver, maintain, and improve Atmosphere's services to your school. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting, backups) under strict confidentiality agreements.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We apply role-based access controls, audit logging, and industry-standard security practices. Schools retain ownership of their data at all times.

4. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the school's active subscription and for a reasonable period afterwards to support transitions or legal requirements. Schools may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.

5. Children's Privacy

Our platform processes student data on behalf of schools acting as data controllers. Schools are responsible for obtaining any required consents from parents or guardians in line with applicable law.

6. Your Rights
