By accessing or using the Atmosphere Advanced System platform ("Platform"), you ("School", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a binding agreement between your school or organisation and Atmosphere Advanced System. Use of the Platform implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

The Platform is licensed — not sold — to schools for internal educational management purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform, its design, or its source code. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Responsibilities

Schools are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities that occur under their accounts. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access at Support@atmosphere.education.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and functionality within the Atmosphere Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Atmosphere Advanced System. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any part of the Platform. School data entered into the Platform remains the property of the school.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or suspend access in cases of abuse or non-payment, with reasonable notice where possible.

6. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are agreed in the service contract between Atmosphere and the school. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atmosphere Advanced System shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the school in the preceding twelve months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice according to the terms of the service contract. Upon termination, school data will be made available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
